You will be provided with a list of candidates for second stage interviews.  RCS HR consultancy are also qualified in SHL (Saville & Holdsworth) testing and can issue SHL tests for numerical and verbal tests and OPQ – occupational personality questionnaires.  The added advantage of testing is that if the role is commercial you can assess the candidates’ commercial agility before the interview.
